Happy Good Friday everyone,
Today has been a bonus day for me. It is normally a work day but since it is a holiday here in Canada I got to play in my crafting studio all day!
I am creating a card for this weeks The Shabby Tea Room Challenge.
Lenet has created a wonderful challenge this week.
The challenge is to create a card or project incorporating handmade flowers. The flowers must be handmade — paper, fabric, felt … anything, but cannot be manufactured.
I have been working on this card all week but every time one of the other ladies enters their lovely card I think my flower is not good enough and start again.
I have a ton of flowers made so it will be easy for future cards! lol
Here is my design:
I decided to use my Sure-Cuts-A-Lot to create a shaped card instead of using the traditional rectangle. It takes some practice but once you figure it out it’s not so hard at all to make different card shapes.
