Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge 34 – Wedding/Anniversary

Hi again to everyone,

So far it’s been a good week, I’ve been able to play a bit more in my craft room which always makes me happy : )  When I saw the challenge theme this week at the Cheery Lynn Challenge blog I knew just what I wanted to do.  I recently received my new ‘Wedding Vows’ die and could hardly wait to use it!  I just love it.  I really love the way you can separate the die and use different pieces of it for different uses (which is the case with most of their dies).  Here is my project this weeks Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge 34 – Wedding/Anniversary Challenge.

The goal of this weeks challenge is to create a card or project with a Wedding or Anniversary theme.

Donna and Sandy provided us with such lovely inspiration and I have to thank them for that.

I saw this image and it inspired me to create my project.

Here is what I designed:

The recipe for this project is:

Cheery Lynn Wedding Vows

Cheery Lynn Sophia’s Heart

Cheery Lynn Mini Fanciful Flourish

Cheery Lynn Cuties 3

Cheery Lynn Queen Anne’s Lace

If you have the time, you really need to check out the Cheery Lynn Design Team members blogs.  They all create such lovely work that it is really worth the visit.

About Castlepark Designs

My name is Joann and I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia with my husband Miles. We have one son who is in the Royal Canadian Navy. I have worked full time in the Finance and Insurance industry for the past 29 years. I absolutely adore all things paper & glue and have been involved with crafting in some way for most of my life. I have a great admiration for creating projects from paper that may not necessarily be made from paper. When not in my craft room, I enjoy spending time at our cottage enjoying all that nature and suburban life has to offer.

  1. This is gorgeous Joann. I love how you used the die to create a little pavilion, and you even made a rug for the couple to dance on, and a picture on the wall! Amazing, and so creative!

  4. Wow Joann, this is gorgeous, I love the shape you’ve created and the way you have the couple in the centre. Really stunning, the corner dies look great up there at the top. A lot of work went into this. Thanks so much for sharing it with us at Cheery Lynn Designs. Hope you’re having a fabulous summer so far.
