Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge 40 – Shaped Card

I sure hope everyone is doing their best to beat the heat!  I don’t think I can remember a summer where the temperatures and humidity have been with us for such an extended period.  Oh well, the cool weather will be upon us before we know it.

I have a project to share tonight for this week’s Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge 40 – Shaped Card (no square or rectangle).  I made a 3D Dresser a short time back but have you ever made something and then said, maybe I should have done this or maybe I should have added that… so I thought I would take the opportunity to try my hand at recreating my version of a slightly Vintage Victorian dresser.  This new and improved version has a double  bank of drawers (hey, what girl doesn’t want more drawers? LOL!)  I also wanted to take advantage of using my Cheery Lynn Design dies and with the exception of my ruler, cutter, scissors and a LOT of heavy-duty glue, this project has been created entirely with Cheery Lynn Design dies.

Here is a list of what I used:

Cheery Lynn Circle Lace Mega Doily

Cheery Lynn Lace Square Heat Mega Doily

Cheery Lynn English Tea Party

Cheery Lynn Rectangle-Classic Card Stackers

Cheery Lynn Doily Stacker Circles 1, 2, 3

Cheery Lynn Fanciful Flourish

Cheery Lynn Cuties 3

Cheery Lynn Judy’s Blooms

Cheery Lynn Stacker Flower #1 Leaf

Cheery Lynn Inverted Scalloped Window Stackers

I really enjoyed this project and I actually like this one better than the first.  As the old saying goes, if at first you don’t succeed, try try again!

Have a wonderful evening and I hope you can pop back to visit again very soon!
