Round Easel Card

Round Easel Card

Hi everyone! ¬†Thanks for popping by today ūüôā¬†¬†¬†Welcome to some Wednesday inspiration for Heartfelt Creations!

This week at Heartfelt Creations we are having a cross promotion with Creative Embellishments and I want to show you a fun little round easel card I created featuring the fantastic Creative Embellishment chipboard pieces!  I have not had the opportunity to use these wonderful chipboard pieces before but I just love them and can see many a project using them in the future.  I love the added element that they give to your projects.

and here is a closer look at the beautiful sunflowers. ¬†I’ve been making quite a few lately and each one is always different. It’s fun to experiment and create such unique flowers each and every time don’t you think? ¬†I guess that is why they say, no flower is exactly alike, all unique in one form or another…

Other products:  Creative Embellishments Flourish Circle Frame, Off-White Card Stock, Orange Card Stock, Grand Decorative Circles One, Distressed Inks, Tarnished Brass Distressed Glitter, Glitter Ritz, Espresso Deco Art Acrylic Paint, Goosebumps Clear Texture Spray, Ribbon and bling from my stash and die cutting machine.

Start by cutting 2 circles 7 3/16″ with a 4″ circle centered on the inside out of Off-White Card Stock. ¬†Next cut another circle¬†7 ” with a 4″ circle centered on the inside out of Orange¬†Card Stock and finally cut the largest¬†Grand Decorative Circles¬†One out of a piece of paper from the¬†Classic Sunflower Collection and attach the front pieces together as shown. ¬†Scor the back piece at the 1″ mark and attach only the 1″ scored portion to the top of the card. ¬†To make the card stand up, cut a 4″ x 2″ piece of card stock and score it every 1/2″ on the long side. ¬†Fold this piece of card stock into a “M” shape and glue to the bottom of the front and back. ¬†Paint your¬†Flourish Circle Frame and then spray with¬†Goosebumps Clear Texture Spray followed up by a bit of Distressed Glitter. ¬†Once dry, attach to the front of the card and start to decorate. ¬†I one again stamped, distressed and die cut out some of the lovely Classic Sunflowers, assemble and¬†finish it off in the center with some Bright Ideas¬†Prills to give this card a lovely fall feel!

A very special thanks to all of my lovely followers who support me each and every week.  I truly appreciate your kindness and blog friendship.

Have a wonderful day!
