Project Instructions:

Other products:  Green Card Stock, Glitter Ritz Pink Rose and Sparkling Ice, Distressed Inks (Bundled Sage), String Pearls and Bling from my stash, Lilac Jute Ribbon, Wink of Stella Pen, Butterfly’s colored with Derwent Watercolor Pencils (Blue Violet #27, Red Velvet Lake #24, Dark Violet #25, Sky Blue #34, Turquoise Blue #39, Turquoise Green #40, Ivory Black #67 and Pink Madder Lake #17) and die cutting machine.

Instructions:

Start by cutting the front and back of the card using a piece of paper from the Butterfly Medley Paper Collection in a 12″ x 6″ size, scored in the middle.  Next glue the 2 pieces together for a more rigid card.  Stamp the Dream in Beauty Cling Stamp with Memento Black Tuxedo and fussy cut around the create the shape.  To give the butterflies something to sit on, create some grass shapes and attach to the middle of the card and then stamp, die cut and color lots of those lovely butterflies to decorate the inside of your card.  Lastly, nothing is complete without a flower or two so add some flowers made from the lovely Botanical Rose Cling Stamp Set and matching die and finish them off with a sparkly gem!  The flowers were distressed with Memento LuLu Lavender and the leaves were stamped with Memento Northern Pine.

Have I mentioned lately how thankful I am to all of my lovely followers who support me each and every week?  I can’t tell you how much I truly appreciate your kindness and blog friendship.

Have a wonderful day!

About Castlepark Designs

My name is Joann and I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia with my husband Miles. We have one son who is in the Royal Canadian Navy. I have worked full time in the Finance and Insurance industry for the past 29 years. I absolutely adore all things paper & glue and have been involved with crafting in some way for most of my life. I have a great admiration for creating projects from paper that may not necessarily be made from paper. When not in my craft room, I enjoy spending time at our cottage enjoying all that nature and suburban life has to offer.
