Enchanted Mum – Your Friendship Mini Album

Enchanted Mum – Your Friendship Mini Album

Hi !  So happy you took a minute to pop by today 🙂  I started this card by trying to do a bit of a twist on a mini album and I love how it turned out!  I thought that the Enchanted Mums Collection with the pretty paper and color palette as well as the gorgeous stamps and dies brought this little gem to life.  It’s also a great way to use the lovely 6×6 paper panels included in the paper pad.  I hope you like it.

Watch this video: https://youtu.be/jJBwQyyza6g to learn how to shape the Enchanted Mums.

Instructions:

Start by cutting several pieces of White card stock 6″ x 12″.  You will need 3 pieces to create this card.  Scor all 3 pieces of card stock at the 3″ and 9″ marks so when folded closed you will be left with a 6″ x 6″ square.  Attach 2 of the pieces together on the 3″ flaps and repeat on the other side.  This will leave you with the center portion having double thick panels on both sides.  Decorate the panels with paper from the Enchanted Mum Paper Collection.  I used some of the lovely pre-made 6″ x 6″ images and simply cut them down 1/4″ on 2 sides.  To finish the card off, stamp and die cut the Enchanted Mum flower.  The flower was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with Violet embossing powder and distressed using Memento Grape Jelly. The dragonflies and vine was stamped with Memento Olive Grove and distressed with Peeled Paint distress ink.  No card is complete without a sentiment.  The sentiment was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with Pink Peony embossing powder.  Finally, the images were colored with Derwent Watercolor Pencils.

Thanks so much for visiting.  Have a wonderful day!
