Coffee Talk – 3D Coffee Cup/Gift Box

Coffee Talk – 3D Coffee Cup/Gift Box

Hi everyone!  Thanks so much for popping by today.  Nothing reminds me more of coffee here in Atlantic Canada then a nice cup of coffee from our local Tim Hortons and when I saw the 3D Coffee Cup With Wrap by Jamie Cripps I had to use this for today’s project.

Start by cutting the pieces of the cup and lid out of White card stock and cutting a second panel out of the Coffee Talk Paper Collection and the band out of a piece of corresponding paper from the same collection.  The sentiment was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with Clear Bark Embossing Powder and finally distressed with Stormy Sky Distressed Ink.  The rim was sprinkled with Tarnished Brass Distressed Glitter to give it a distressed look and the chain of coffee cups on the band was colored with Derwent Watercolor Pencils.

Thanks so much for visiting.  Have a wonderful day!

About Castlepark Designs

My name is Joann and I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia with my husband Miles. We have one son who is in the Royal Canadian Navy. I have worked full time in the Finance and Insurance industry for the past 29 years. I absolutely adore all things paper & glue and have been involved with crafting in some way for most of my life. I have a great admiration for creating projects from paper that may not necessarily be made from paper. When not in my craft room, I enjoy spending time at our cottage enjoying all that nature and suburban life has to offer.
