Strawberry Gift Bag

Strawberry Gift Bag

Hi everyone!  Thanks so much for popping by today.  When I was looking at this collection I was thinking about baskets and strawberries and some fun ways to combine them when I thought why not make a Strawberry gift basket!  Instead of creating one from scratch and spending a lot of time working out the dimensions I found this sweet little gem on the Silhouette Store and it was just perfect for my vision.

Other products:  Cut File, White Card Stock, Red Card Stock, Green Card Stock, Distressed Markers (Candied Apple and Mowed Lawn), Worn Lipstick Distressed Ink, Micro Glitter, Lace Ruffle and String Pearls from my stash and die cutting machine.

Instructions:

Cut and assemble the gift bag according to the directions using paper from the Berry Café Paper Collection as your decorative paper.  Decorate with a combination of the pre-colored images from the Berry Café Paper Collection, die cut using the matching dies.  The Berry Blossom flowers were stamped on White cardstock with Expresso Truffle and cut with the matching die. Shape flowers with Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, making a few different sizes to add a nice touch (some single blooms, some double blooms).  Before shaping the flowers, they were lightly distressed with Worn Lipstick distressed ink and finally finished off with some Prills added to the center of each flower and lightly dusted with Micro Glitter for a little extra sparkle!  Before the flowers were attached to the gift bag layer on a few of the Blooming Berries Cling Stamp Set that are stamped in Expresso Truffle, die cut using the matching dies and finally colored with distressed markers before you finish the gift bag off with some nice lace trim and string pearls and enjoy.

Thanks so much for visiting.  Have a wonderful day!
