Project Instructions:

Other products:  Home made Cut File, White Card Stock, Chipboard, Classic Chalks, Distressed Inks (Scattered Straw, Spiced Marmalade and Squeezed Lemonade), Dove Blender Pen, Crystal Micro Glitter, Versamark, Clear Bark Embossing Powder and die cutting machine.

Instructions:

I wanted to make a bone shaped piece of wall art so I started by finding a bone SVG online and sizing it to be almost 12″ wide and cutting it several times out of Chip Board on my electronic cutting machine followed by a layer out of white card stock and finally a layer slightly smaller out of paper from the Pampered Pooch Paper Collection.  The frame around the picture was cut the same way finishing it off with a coordinating piece of paper from the Pampered Pooch Paper Collection.  The Pampered Pooch Pals were stamped on white card stock with Expresso Truffle and cut using the matching die before coloring them with Classic Chalks.  The Delightful Daisies were stamped on white cardstock with Express Truffle and cut with the matching die before distressing with Scattered Straw distressed ink and shaping the flowers with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. The final touch was a little Express-O Yourself Prills in the centers of the daisies for that perfect accent!  The leaves were stamped on white cardstock with Northern Pine and cut with the matching die before distressing with Bamboo Leaves distressed ink and shaping the with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit.  The butterflies were stamped on white cardstock with Tuxedo Black and cut with the matching die before coloring using a Dove blender Pen and Spiced Marmalade and Squeezed Lemonade Distressed Ink and lightly dusting with crystal micro glitter.  Finally the bone was stamped on white cardstock with Versamark and heat embossed with Cedar Bark Embossing Powder and cut with the matching die before distressing with Toffee Crunch ink.

Thanks so much for visiting.

Have a wonderful crafty day!

I have worked full time in the Finance and Insurance industry for the past 29 years. I absolutely adore all things paper & glue and have been involved with crafting in some way for most of my life. I have a great admiration for creating projects from paper that may not necessarily be made from paper. When not in my craft room, I enjoy spending time at our cottage enjoying all that nature and suburban life has to offer.
