Project Instructions:

Other products:  White Card Stock, Versafine Vintage Sepia Ink, Pebbles Chalks, Distressed Inks (Peeled Paint and Dandelion), Versamark, White Embossing Powder, Seafoam Stickles, 3D Foam dots and die cutting machine.

Instructions:

Start by covering the desired card from the 6″x 6″ Foldout Cards-White in paper from the Monkeying Around Paper Collection.  To finish the curved edges of the card, die cut white card stock using the Fleur Border Basics Die and Elegant Border Basics Die and attach as shown finishing the back of the card with the Regal Borders and Pockets Die also die cut from white card stock.  All the images, except the flowers, were stamped on white card stock using Versafine Vintage Sepia Ink before die cutting with the matching dies.  The Monkey images were colored using both Pebbles Chalks and a combination of Peeled Paint, Desert Sand and Dandelion inks before attaching with 3D Foam dots for dimension.  The Palm Trees were distressed with Peeled Paint and the flowers were stamped on white card stock using Versamark and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder and then die cut with the matching die.  They were then colored with Rose Coral and Dandelion inks before shaping with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and finishing the centers with Prills and finishing of the card with some Seafoam Stickles.

Thanks so much for your lovely visit.

Have a wonderful crafty day!

About Castlepark Designs

My name is Joann and I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia with my husband Miles. We have one son who is in the Royal Canadian Navy. I have worked full time in the Finance and Insurance industry for the past 29 years. I absolutely adore all things paper & glue and have been involved with crafting in some way for most of my life. I have a great admiration for creating projects from paper that may not necessarily be made from paper. When not in my craft room, I enjoy spending time at our cottage enjoying all that nature and suburban life has to offer.
