“Love” Just for You

Hi friends, Today we continue to showcase Heartfelt Creations newest collection “Heartfelt Love.”  Here is a fancy fold card that you can easily create for that special someone.

Project Instructions:

Other products:  Red Card Stock, White Card Stock, Versamark, Versafine Crimson Red, Versafine Vintage Sepia, Versafine Olympia Green, Chestnut Embossing Powder, Derwent Water Color Pencils (#17, #56, #21 and #47), Micro Glitter, Brilliance Ink – Pearlescent Thyme and die cutting machine.

Instructions:

Start by cutting a piece of white card stock 10″ x 7″ and scor in the middle at the 5″ mark.  Next using the smaller die from the Banners Of Love Die, die cut 1 edge for the front of your card.   Next take a piece of red card stock 8 1/4″ x 7″ and scor at the 3 1/4″ mark.  Now taking the outside edge die from the larger die in the Banners Of Love Die, die cut 1 edge for the inside of your card and finish with the last die cut out of white card stock.  Now fasten the two 5″ x 7″  pieces together as shown.  The corner floral images from the Banners Of Love Cling Stamp Set were stamped on white card stock twice using Vintage Sepia ink and die cut with the matching die before coloring with Derwent water color pencils.  The word “LOVE”  and Just for You sentiment were both stamped on white card stock using Versamark and heat embossed with Chestnut Embossing Powder,  The “LOVE” sentiment was die cut with the matching die and they were both dusted with Micro Glitter.  The Petunia flowers were stamped on white card stock using Crimson Red and die cut with the matching dies before distressing with Pearlescent Coral ink and shaped with the flower shaping tools.  The leaves were stamped on white card stock with Olympia Green and die cut with the matching dies before coloring with Pearlescent Thyme ink.  The Forever Love Background Cling Stamp was stamped on white card stock using Versamark and heat embossed with Chestnut Embossing Powder before lightly distressing with Pearlescent Thyme and Pearlescent Coral inks.
