Project Instructions:

Other products:  Green Card Stock, White Card Stock, Versamark, White Super Fine Embossing Powder, Sparkle Glimmer Mist, Crystal Clear, Archival Watering Can Ink, Metallic Chalks, Gel Pens and die cutting machine.

Start my taking your 5″ x 7″ Foldout Card and layer with die cuts out of green cardstock using the delicate border basics die and the classic border basics die and finally covering each panel with paper from the Butterfly Dreams Paper Collection.  The flowers were stamped on white card stock using Versamark and heat embossed with white super fine embossing powder before die cutting with the matching dies and colored with manganese blue ink and shaping with the 3D rose shaping mold and the flower shaping tools before lightly spraying with sparkle glimmer mist and dusting with crystal clear.  The butterfly borders were stamped on white card stock using watering can ink and die cut with the matching die before coloring with gel pens and cut apart so they could be used individually.  The umbrella image was stamped on white card stock using watering can and die cut with the matching die before coloring with metallic chalks.  Finally the sentiment was stamped directly onto the panels using manganese blue ink.

Have a wonderful day!

About Castlepark Designs

My name is Joann and I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia with my husband Miles. We have one son who is in the Royal Canadian Navy. I have worked full time in the Finance and Insurance industry for the past 29 years. I absolutely adore all things paper & glue and have been involved with crafting in some way for most of my life. I have a great admiration for creating projects from paper that may not necessarily be made from paper. When not in my craft room, I enjoy spending time at our cottage enjoying all that nature and suburban life has to offer.
