Heard You Caught a Bug ………

Heard You Caught a Bug ………

Hi everyone!  So happy you popped by 🙂    Welcome to some Wednesday inspiration for Heartfelt Creations!

Today I wanted to make a card for someone feeling a little under the weather.  I think looking at the gorgeous colors in the new Classic Sunflower Paper collection will surely make anyone feel better.  I am just is love with the Classic Sunflower Paper Collection and all of the coordinating stamps and dies and had a lot of fun creating this card.

and here is a closer look at the beautiful classic sunflowers.

Products Used:

HCPC 3626 – Classic Sunflower PreCut Set
HCPC 3631 – Chick Retreat PreCut Set
HCD 750 – Cut Mat Create 1B Die
HCD 753 – Classic Sunflower Die
HCDP1 247 – Classic Sunflower Collection
Art Institute Glue – Dries Clear Glue
Elegant Labels Four
Spellbinders Tool N’ One

Project Instructions:

Other products:  White Card Stock, Clear Bark Embossing Powder, Distressed Inks, Bling, Ribbon and Lace from my stash and die cutting machine.

Using white card stock, make a 5″ x 7″ card and then pick 2 pieces of paper from the Classic Sunflower Collection for the designer paper.  Taking 1 piece, die cut out the largest Elegant Labels Four die and place it on the front of the card and then using the second piece, die cut the middle die and also place this on your card.  Stamp and emboss the sentiment from the Chick Retreat PreCut Set and finally die cut out with the smallest die.  Add some ribbon or lace as desired and the start with the fun part, the flowers!  Stamp, die cut and distress some of the amazing Classic Sunflower PreCut stamp set and finish the centers of the flowers with some bling for a nice finish to the center of the flowers.

Have I mentioned lately how thankful I am to all of my lovely followers who support me each and every week?  I can’t tell you how much I truly appreciate your kindness and blog friendship.

Have a wonderful day!

Wellies Card

Hi everyone, YAY it’s finally Friday and I’m delighted to be back to share another fun project for Craftwell.

This month we are featuring products from Avery Elle  and wanted to show you a simple, cute and colorful card created using some of their lovely products.

and a look at the inside of the card

Here is a closer look at the products I used:

Avery Elle Weather It Elle – ments Die
Avery Elle Weather It Clear Stamps
5 x 7 Elegant Labels Four
Grand Labels Four
Bo Bunny Key Lime Paper Collection

If you would like to try your hand at this card, this is how I made it:

Start by making a 5″ x 7″ card and cover both the inside and outside with the 5 x 7 Elegant Labels Four and the Grand Labels Four dies.  I found a free SVG of a Wellie that I used for the boot, sorry I cannot remember where I found it but there are a lot of them out there if you look.  I decided to use the umbrella stamp and die from Avery Elle and I curved it for some dimension and to finish off the card, added a few sentiments and clouds from the same set.

I hope to see you again soon.  I love to read your comments, thank you so much!

Today I wanted to share something I have not done before.  I purchased a wooden box from my local dollar store and decorated it.   This was just so much fun and I was surprised how easy it was.  There are so many ways to decorate with all of your gorgeous Cheery Lynn dies.  The sky’s the limit!

This is what I stated with
