Instructions:

Start by creating a 5″ x 7″ card out of White Card Stock.  Next, layer a piece of Turquoise Card Stock on the front 4 3/4″ x 6 3/4″ and another layer of White Card Stock 4 1/2″ x 6 1/2″.  The next step is to stamp the “My Hero” Cling Stamp Set using a Versamark Stamp Pad and heat emboss using Clear Bark Embossing Powder.  Once dry, cut the stamp into 4 equal pieces and cut another 4 pieces of paper from the Everyday Heroes Paper Collection slightly larger.  Round the outside edge and attach the 2 layers together before attaching to your card.  Finish by coloring the images as desired and adding a little glitter using your Quickie Glue Pen and Distressed Glitter Peacock Feathers and Tarnished Brass.

About Castlepark Designs

My name is Joann and I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia with my husband Miles. We have one son who is in the Royal Canadian Navy. I have worked full time in the Finance and Insurance industry for the past 29 years. I absolutely adore all things paper & glue and have been involved with crafting in some way for most of my life. I have a great admiration for creating projects from paper that may not necessarily be made from paper. When not in my craft room, I enjoy spending time at our cottage enjoying all that nature and suburban life has to offer.
