Project Instructions:
Other products: White Card Stock, Spellbinders Grand Labels Four, Decorative Sand, Versafine Vintage Sepia, Pebbles Chalks, Diamond Stickles, Versamark, Superfine White Embossing Powder, Distressed Ink Ground Expresso and die cutting machine.
Instructions:
Start by taking a piece of white card stock scored in the middle and die cut using the desired size Spellbinders Grand Labels Four keeping the scored line just outside the die cut to form the card base. I used the 3rd largest die in the set. Repeat the same size die cut, this time cutting the entire shape and fasten to the front of the card. Next, using the next smaller size, cut a layer from the Monkeying Around Paper Collection and fasten to the middle. Now it’s time to create the window! Using the Eyelet Oval Die position the die in the center of the front of the card and run through your die cutting machine. Make sure that your card is open so that you only cut through the layers on the front of the card. Now let’s start decorating the card. The Palm Tree was stamped on white card stock using Espresso Truffle and cut with the matching die before distressing with Ground Expresso and Bamboo Leaves. The individual palm leaves were stamped on white card stock with Vintage Sepia ink and die cut with the matching die before distressing with Bamboo Leaves. The Relaxin’ Monkey was stamped on white card stock using Espresso Truffle ink and cut with the matching die before coloring with Pebbles Chalks and accenting with Diamond Stickles and a bit of Decorative Sand. The flowers were stamped on white card stock with Versamark and heat embossed with Superfine White Embossing Powder and cut with the matching die before distressing with Rose Coral and Dandelion inks and shaping with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Finally the sentiment was stamped on white card stock with Olive Grove and die cut with the Cut Mat Create 1B Die.
Thanks so much for visiting. Have a wonderful day!
