Flowers in My Garden

Hi everyone and welcome to some Wednesday inspiration for Heartfelt Creations!

I want to show you a fun little Fancy Fold that I love to do.  It is a Center Step card and I love how it features what you place in the center and this week, it’s all about the Flowers!  I wanted to create a garden trellis card that would showcase some of the gorgeous flowers you can make with your Heartfelt Creations stamps and dies.

Project Instructions:

Other products: White Card Stock, Resplendent Rectangles, Distressed Ink, Embossing Powder and die cutting machine.

Instructions:

Start by cutting a piece of card stock 8 1/2″ x 6″ and make a Center Step card with 1″ side panels.  Next cut your Fancy Lattice die and frame using the Resplendent Rectangles die and attach to the center of the card.  Attach the greenery to the lattice by cutting and weaving in a variety of the leaf dies you have and then add a combination of different flowers that you have stamped, embossed and die cut.  I love to finish the center of my flowers with Prills.  They are perfect for adding that finishing touch.

I hope to see  you again soon.  I love to read your comments, thank you so much!

My name is Joann and I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia with my husband Miles. We have one son who is in the Royal Canadian Navy. I have worked full time in the Finance and Insurance industry for the past 29 years. I absolutely adore all things paper & glue and have been involved with crafting in some way for most of my life. I have a great admiration for creating projects from paper that may not necessarily be made from paper. When not in my craft room, I enjoy spending time at our cottage enjoying all that nature and suburban life has to offer.
