Happy Mother’s Day!

Hi everyone and Happy Friday!  I’m excited to share with you another project for Craftwell with products from this month’s sponsor CAS-ual Fridays .

Here’s a fun little Fancy Fold card that I like to call a Flip-Flop card.

and of course, no card is finished without flowers!  These gorgeous little beauties are made from the 4 Petal Fri Dies Set and of course, all of the dies cuts were made using the fabulous Craftwell eBosser!

To make this card start by selecting a die shape that you would like to feature.  I used the Labels One since it had a clearly defined center that makes this card easy.  Next, tape the die onto a piece of card stock so that the die is 3/4″ down from the top and 3/4″ from the left edge of the paper.  Once you have the die positioned measure down 3/4″ from the die to mark the bottom of the card and cut to size.  Now for the fun part, I use removable tape and tape the card stock with the die still attached to the “A” plate of your eBosser only to the center of the die and pass this through your eBosser.  This will cut only the half of the die that you had between the plate sandwich.  To make the cut for the other side, measure 3/4″ to the right of where the center is and this will be the mark where you have to stop the die cut.  Now repeat attaching the card stock to the “A” plate up to the cut line and pass this through the eBosser.  Now you have to score the top and bottom of  card where the die cuts stop to allow the card to flip.  Finally fold the left edge over to the right side to know where to cut the right side of the card and enjoy.

Here is a closer look at the products I used:

13-011 – Mums the Word
CFD13-104 – 4 Petal Set Fri-Dies
CFD14-101 – Casual Trees Fri-Dies
Spellbinders Labels One
