Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge 32 – Roses

Hi everyone,

I have been absent for a while but I could not pass up a challenge that features Roses!  Today I want to enter a project in the Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge 32 – Roses Challenge.  They have a great challenge this week, so if you are lucky enough to have any of their fantastic dies this is the challenge for you!  Pop over to the design blog, there are some fantastic prizes up for grabs this month as well as wonderful inspiration from the design team, you won’t be disappointed!

I must say, they had me at Roses…, well actually any and all flowers, are something I am passionate about but I think I might have mentioned that before : )   This was great since it gave me another opportunity to practice making roses with my Cheery Lynn dies.   The idea for this project came to me last weekend when I was working in the garden.  I had lots of flowers piled into the wheelbarrow to plant ( I find the wheelbarrow makes it so much easier to move around your plants and tools when working in the garden 🙂

Here is what I have created:

The recipe for this project is:

Cheery Lynn French Flair Scalloped

Cheery Lynn Victorian Picket Fence

Cheery Lynn Mini Flourish Band

Cheery Lynn Cuties 3

Cheery Lynn Miniature Rose

Cheery Lynn Flourish Leaf Strip

Cheery Lynn Iris Leaves

Cheery Lynn Olive Branches

Cheery Lynn Stacker Flower #1 Leaf

Cheery Lynn Judy’s Blooms (leaves only)

Thank you so much for taking time to pop by and I hope to see you again very soon : )

I have worked full time in the Finance and Insurance industry for the past 29 years. I absolutely adore all things paper & glue and have been involved with crafting in some way for most of my life. I have a great admiration for creating projects from paper that may not necessarily be made from paper. When not in my craft room, I enjoy spending time at our cottage enjoying all that nature and suburban life has to offer.
