Hello there ladies,
I have been missing in action for a while, sorry. I have been working on something exciting that will be announced later but tonight I wanted to enter a card in this week’s Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge 27 – Shades of Purple Challenge.
The title speaks for itself, we had to use the color purple predominantly on our cards.
Bonnie, Donna and Sandy have all provided us with some lovely inspiration.
Here is my entry:
This is my first ever “Flip Flop” card and I had fun making it. I really enjoy doing something other than the traditional A6 card and this is just another idea I saw on the web while browsing around. There are templates that you can buy for this, both cut files as well as dies but I decided to simply make it myself since it is an easy layout.
My recipe for this card is:
Cheery Lynn French Flair Scalloped Nesting Dies
Cheery Lynn Victoria Garden Doily Frame
Cheery Lynn Stacker Flower #1 Leaf
Cheery Lynn Small Dragonfly with Angel Wing
Thank you for visiting my blog and have a great night,
Very Nice…..purple has become my favorite color to work with lately…..
