Enjoy the Sweet Moments of the Season

Happy New Year and welcome to 2014!

Have you ever been in the position of where you are invited to someone’s house for a dinner party  and you did not want to show up with a nice bottle of wine in a paper bag!  Well I have a solution for that.  I designed a custom box and wine tag so your host will be wanting you to come back again and again.

HCPC 3555 – Sweet Memories PreCut Set
HCD 738 – Ornamental Add On Die
HCDP1 225 – Frosty Blanket Paper Collection
HCDP1 236 – Christmas Card Paper Collection

Project Instructions:

Other products: Layered Poinsettia, Nobel Rectangle, Tear Drop Circles, Glitter Ritz, Scor Tape, Chip Board, White Card Stock. Lace and Bling from my stash, Distressed Ink, adhesive and die cutting machine.

Instructions: To make the box start by cutting 4 – 12″ x 4 1/2″ pieces of chipboard and 2 – 4 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ pieces of chipboard.  Using masking tape and glue, assemble the box using the 4 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ pieces as the ends.  To attach the top take a 2″ x 12″ piece of card stock scored in the middle and use it as a hinge attaching the top to the base of the box.   Line and wrap the box in DP and of course, finish with a sentiment and lots of flowers!

The wine tag is made by taking a 3″ x 9″ piece of card stock and rounding the top.  Finally cut a circle out to allow it to slip over the bottle.  I added another layer of DP and scored it where I wanted the tag to fold.  Finish decorating the front of the tag with lots of layers and of course a lovely flower and enjoy!

I hope to see  you again soon.  I love to read your comments, thank you so much!
